Currently, PyTomomography only has support for the open-source DICOM-CT-PD format. The tutorial below demonstrates reconstruction using the OS-SART algorithm. We would be infinitely greatful if somebody wanted to implement an FDK reconstruction algorithm for this system matrix ;)
